Planning Commission Meeting this Thursday 2/27

Interested in housing density? Transit-oriented development? ADUs? Then Thursday’s Planning Commission meeting is for you!


What: The City of Kirkland adopted a Comprehensive Plan in December 2024 which included guidelines on density development locations within the city. Now, the Planning Commissioners and Council Members are considering zoning changes to comply with Washington state middle housing requirements per HB 1110. Results of this process will be zoning changes which will impact the future of Kirkland.

When: Thursday February 27, 2025, 6:00pm
